On‑Board Weighing Systems
- TramlineTEC Ltd is the UK distributor for VEI on‑board weighing systems, supplying, installing and calibrating solutions for loaders, excavators, ADTs, trucks, telehandlers and trailers.
- We visit site (or review remotely), specify the right system, fit sensors and displays, and calibrate everything so operators can see accurate payload data in the cab on every lift.
- Ongoing support includes spare parts, fault‑finding and scheduled re‑calibration reminders managed through Zoho, helping you stay compliant and minimise downtime.
Payload Monitoring & Reporting
- For fleets that need clear records as well as accurate loads, our payload monitoring setups track who loaded what, where and when.
- We configure VEI systems for overload and axle‑load warnings, job or customer totals and simple reporting, so hire fleets, quarries, waste sites and hauliers can see exactly what has moved through each machine or vehicle.
- The result is fewer overloads, fewer under‑loaded trips and a better audit trail for invoicing, contracts and compliance.
ISOBUS & Control System Retrofits
- TramlineTEC Ltd upgrades existing tractors, seeders, drills and sprayers with modern ISOBUS‑based control, guidance and application systems, often avoiding the cost of new machinery.
- We handle wiring, controller and terminal installation, and software configuration for functions like autosteer, rate control, section control and tramlining.
- Working with products from suppliers such as Farmscan, Trimble, MC Electronics and DICKEY‑john, we deliver practical retrofits that operators can use confidently in the field.
Custom Mechanical & Electronic Projects
- When a standard kit will not do, we design and build custom solutions that combine mechanical fabrication, hydraulics, electronics and software on mobile equipment.
- Projects have included autosteer on a MAN off‑road fertilizer truck, bespoke seeder and sprayer control, and specialist weighing for helicopter gravel buckets and other unusual applications.
- We follow a simple process: understand the problem, agree a practical concept, then build, install and refine the solution in real‑world conditions.
